Blondie's Mom's White Hot Chocolate

   Heat milk and half and half in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles just begin to appear at the edge, but it's not quite simmering yet.

   Remove pan from heat and add white chocolate.

   Let sit for several minutes and then stir.

   When completely melted, add vanilla, vanilla bean seeds and, orange liqueur if desired.

   Whisk vigorously and gently reheat before serving.
