Blondie's Mom's Spritz Cookies

   Preheat oven to 400F.

   Cream butter and sugar together.

   Blend in flour, egg, salt, almond extract and vanilla extract.

   The dough will be stiff, so turn it out onto a counter or table and knead until soft.

   Chill for about 30 minutes.

   Press the dough into and through a cookie press onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

   Decorate however you would like.

   Bake for about 8 minutes.

   *You can also separate the dough into pieces and add food coloring a few drops at a time, until desired color is reached before putting into your cookie press.
