1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. black pepper
salt to taste

Brown meat, garlic salt and onions. Drain fat. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 1/2 hours. Serve with corn chips or corn bread. Enjoy!
