Blender Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

   Blend (food blender) first 4 ingredients till smooth and creamy.

   Pour over 4 1/2 c. flour and 3 c. chocolate chips.

   Mix well and drop on greased cookie sheet.

   Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 min.

   Makes large batch.

   If using a hand mixer for first 4 ingredients, must beat 8 min till light (using blender to mix is quicker).

   Freezes well.
