Mix together the seasonings in a bowl. Dip fish fillets in melted margarine (or butter), coat on both sides. Then sprinkle seasonings on fillets or dip fillets in seasonings, coat on both sides. I prefer to just sprinkle the seasonings on the fillets w/o the margerine. I actually melt the margarine in a cast iron skillet RIGHT before cooking the fish.

Heat the skillet until the oil starts smoking, please about a tablespoon of margarine in the skillet, once the margarine melts immediately place the fillets in the skillet.
