Blackened Chicken

   Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.

   Mix the Old Bay, cayenne, white pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder together. This is your dry rub blackening.

   Rub the mixture into the chicken. The more seasoning the spicier it will be. Pan fry the chicken on high heat in some kind of fat like butter or olive oil. The smoke from the chicken will burn your eyes so watch out for that. After they are pan fried cut vertical slits in the chicken and stuff the cheese inside them. Bake them in the oven for 20-25 min. Serve
