Preheat the oven to 325u00b0F. Grease and flour a 4 x 13 inch pan and press 2/3 of the dough into the bottom and sides to make a pastry base. Refrigerate.

For the blackberry mixture, heat the jam in a saucepan over low heat then remove and cool for 5 mins. Mix in the blackberries then set aside.

Lay a sheet of parchment paper over the chilled pastry base and fill it with dried beans. Bake for 10-15 mins then remove the beans and paper. Fill with the blackberry mixture, top with remaining dough crumbs then bake for 35 mins. Cool on a wire rack for at least 6 hours.
