Black Walnut Refrigerator Cookies Recipe

   Mix fat and sugar till creamy.

   Add in Large eggs and vanilla; beat well.

   Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt thoroughly; add in to creamy mix.

   Add in nuts and mix well.

   Refrigeratedough 1 hour.

   Form dough into 3 rolls about 8 inches long and wrap in wax paper or possibly plastic wrap, tightly.

   Refrigeratethoroughly.

   Preheat oven to 375 .

   Grease baking sheets.

    Remove roll of dough from refrigerator.

    Unwrap.

    Slice 1/8 inch thick.

    Place 1 inch apart on baking sheet.

    Bake 7 to 10 min.

    Remove from baking sheet while hot.
