1/2 c. Yellow cornmeal
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Grnd coriander
1/2 tsp Cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 c. Buttermilk

2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/2 c. Unsalted butter, softened
1 Tbsp. Mixed fresh herbs, chopped
1/8 tsp Lemon zest, grated
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease 8-c. (2-1/2-inch diameter)
