2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 c. Sour lowfat milk
1/2 c. Cocoa
2 c. Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Boiling water
1 lb Powdered sugar
1/2 c. Shortening
1/2 c. Peanut butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 x Egg white Lowfat milk, (sufficient to make a creamy frosting)

Cream sugar, shortening, and 1 egg (save second egg for frosting).

Add in baking soda and lowfat milk.

Then add in dry ingredients, cocoa and flour.

Add in vanilla and boiling water.

Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

You can mix by hand or possibly by mixer on medium speed.

As you start mixing, start adding lowfat milk a little at a time.
