1/2 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 pieces bacon (Uncooked)
2 tablespoons blue cheese (crumbled)
garlic salt
black pepper
blackening seasoning

Preheat Oven to 375u00b0F.

Chop Uncooked Bacon to pieces no bigger than your small finger nails. If your nails are fake then use your neighbor's.

Mix in a bowl, by hand, Ground Beef, Bleu Cheese, Breading, Egg, Black Pepper, and Bacon. Make sure it is of even consistency.

Spray cooking spray on bottom of dish prior to use. Form loaf of preferred size and shape in baking dish. 1lb mixture fits nicely into a 6x9 dish.

Evenly spread additional Blue Cheese over the top of the loaf.
