Black Bean Cakes

   combine beans, tomatoe paste, garlic and 1/2 tsp cumin and salt in large bowl. Mash and divide into 8 balls.

   Combine crumbs and remaining cumin in a shallow dish. Roll balls in crumb mixture and shape into patties.

   Coat skillet with cooking spray and cook over med-high heat until lightly browned. Serve with salsa nd sour cream.
