Biscotti Dolci Recipe

   Heat oven to 400 degrees.

   Sift together first 3 ingredients.

   With egg beater lightly beat Large eggs; then beat in granulated sugar, salad oil and extract.

   Stir in flour mix.

   With floured hands shape into 1 inch balls.

   (If hard to handle add in little more sifted flour.)

   Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.

   Bake 10 min or possibly till lightly golden brown.

   Cold and frost.
