Roll into cinnamon/sugar mix, if you like, or possibly paint with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 min on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

After they cold, return to the oven (that has been shut off) and let crisp a few min.
