3 c. flour
1 c. coconut
1 c. candied cherries
1 box white raisins
1 lb. orange slices
1 lb. mixed fruits
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peach juice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 c. nuts, chopped

Sift 2 cups flour with salt, soda and baking powder.

Save 1 cup flour to dredge fruits before adding to mixture.
