Ingredients: sirloin or rump roast; salt, pepper and flour; oil; 2 cans cream of mushroom soup; 2 cans water; 1 small can Hunt's tomato sauce; 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix; small peeled white onions (pearl onions); carrot chunks; peeled potatoes

Cook on top of stove.

Salt, pepper and flour meat; brown in pot using oil.

Remove meat from pot; drain excess grease.

Mix soup, water, tomato sauce and soup mix; bring to a boil and add roast.

Simmer for 1/2 hour.

Add onions.

Simmer for 1/2 hour. Add carrot chunks.

Simmer 1 hour.

Add potatoes.
