Select Basic/White or Whole Wheat cycle and Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.

Select Basic/White or Whole Wheat cycle and Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack. Makes eight 2-pound loaves (16 slices each).
