   Use this to toss liver strips in, till they are all lightly coated.

   Brown liver in about 3 Tbsp.

   oil in heavy skillet on surface unit at medium to medium-high heat.

    While liver is browning, prepare onions.

    1/2 c. water 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 tbsp.

    Place in microwave and cook 6-8 min till onions are crisply tender.

    Combine liver and onions in the casserole, or possibly does well in a Dutch oven.
