Preheat your oven to 3500F.

Sprinkle the pork pieces with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium high heat and brown the pork pieces well, stirring to brown all sides.

Evenly distribute the onions over the meat.

Top with the brown sugar and pour the cider vinegar over the whole thing.

Place in the oven for about 2 hours, or until the meat is very tender.

While the BBQ sauce is warming, in a large saucepan, heat 4 quarts water and 1 tablespoon salt over high heat.

When the water starts to boil, add the noodles and cook them for about 7 minutes or until tender.

If you have a browning function, use it and then cook the pork for 50 minutes under high pressure.
