   Use 8 inch square pan.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.

   Mix first 5 ingredients till crumbly.

   Place sliced peaches in pan.

   Sprinkle crumbly mix over peaches.

   Pour 1/2 c. melted butter over mix.

   Sprinkle with cinnamon.
