1 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. lowfat milk
1 egg
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound grnd beef
1/2 pound grnd pork
1/2 pound grnd veal

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Saute/fry onion in warm oil for 5 min; add in garlic and cook 1 minute more.

Combine lowfat milk, egg, and 1/4 c. catsup; stir in bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.

Crumble the meats, add in onion and lowfat milk mix.
