3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Large eggs
2 pound grnd beef
2 tbsp. bottled horseradish (Kelchners)
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. ketchup
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 c. ketchup

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease shallow baking pan.

Break Large eggs into large bowl, beat slightly with fork.

Add in meat, toss lightly till just blended.
