1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon dry whole thyme
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Morton's Nature's Seasons
2 Large eggs, beaten
2/3 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
5 lbs. chicken pcs
Vegetable oil

Combine first 5 ingredients in a plastic bag; shake to mix and set aside.

Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and lemon juice; stir well.

Place 2 or possibly 3 pcs in bag; shake well.

Dip in egg mix; return to bag and shake again.

Pour oil to depth of 3/4 inch into a large heavy skillet.

Fry 4 or possibly 5 pcs of chicken in warm oil (350 degrees) over medium heat 15 min or possibly till golden, turning to brown both sides.
