1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees (F), or whatever the pizza dough recipe (or package) calls for.
-
2
Grease a sheet pan, pizza stone, or pizza pan with a bit of oil.
-
3
Roll the pizza dough out into desired shape and transfer to pizza pan.
-
4
Drizzle the pizza dough with a small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with desired amount of salt.
-
5
Pre-bake the pizza crust for 10-15 minutes until the crust is just starting to turn golden.
-
6
Remove from oven and set aside.
-
7
For the bruschetta topping: In a large bowl, combine Roma tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, oil and salt.
-
8
Mix until all ingredients are well coated.
-
9
Set aside.
-
10
For the white sauce: Melt the butter in a small saucepan and briefly saute garlic over medium heat.
-
11
Add the flour and stir until thoroughly mixed.
-
12
Slowly whisk in milk, adding gradually.
-
13
Add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and seasoning.
-
14
Stir until the mixture begins to bubble, then remove from heat.
-

The mixture may thicken some while standing, if it gets too thick, add more milk.
-
16
Assembly: Spread the white sauce over the pre-baked pizza crust and spoon bruschetta topping over it.
-
17
Give the pizza a light sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, and bake in your preheated 450F oven until crust is golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
-
