2 c. cooked chicken, cubed

3 med. onions, cut into wedges
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt & dash of pepper
1 c. lowfat milk
1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. soft bread crumbs

Cook broccoli, drain and set aside.

Cook onions in salt water for 10 min.
