Berry Toasts With Marshmallow Creme

   Slice larger berries and set aside. Rinse fresh mint, pat dry, and pick several small to medium-sized leaves. Wrap gently in a damp paper towel until ready to use.

   Put marshmallow fluff and cream cheese in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside.

   Lightly toast bread using your preferred method, then brush lightly with olive oil. Spread a 1/4-inch layer of marshmallow creme on each toast. Top toasts with an assortment of berries and a light scattering of mint leaves.
