Combine blackberries, raspberries, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and nutmeg, tossing lightly to coat well. Spread evenly over pastry.

Starting at long edge, roll up dough jellyroll fashion; press seam to seal. Cut berry roll in half; place each half on a lightly greased 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 400u00b0 for 20 minutes; reduce heat to 350u00b0, and bake 50 to 55 minutes. Cool slightly, and cut into slices. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
