Bernie'S Banana Bread

   Spray a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with vegetable and baking spray oil.

   Mix corn oil, sugar, eggs, bananas and raisins until creamy in bowl.

   Slowly add flour while continuing to mix banana mixture.

   Add chopped pecans and orange juice; mix together.

   Stir for approximately 1 minute.

   Bake in slow oven (325u00b0) for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until golden brown and a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

   Let cool, then serve.
