1.Preheat waffle iron. Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients together. Whisk to combine. In a separate small bowl, add the wet ingredients, and stir together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix together until completely combined.

2. Cook the waffles: add about 3/4 cup of batter to the belgium waffle iron ( if you have a different waffle iron add the amount of batter you usually do). Cook waffle according to manufacturer's instructions, I cooked each for 4 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, in a shallow dish, make the glaze.Mix the ingredients together until evenly combined. In another shallow bowl, make the topping. Combine the sugar and the cinnamon.

4. Once waffle has cooled, break it into quarters. Dip the top of the waffle in the glaze and then in the topping.

5. Serve immediately.
