   Remove stalks from chillies, de-seed and chop.

   Grill the tomatoes and garlic till the tomato skins blister.

   Peel the tomatoes and garlic.

   Place all the ingredients (except the oil) in a liquidiser and blend briefly at high speed.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mix for 5 min, stirring occasionally.
