2 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. hot peppers (dry flakes)
pinch of salt

Saute onions and garlic in margarine until slightly brown. Add remaining ingredients, except beer.
