2 cups uncooked egg noodles
12 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
4 ounces canned mushrooms
1 cup sliced pepperoni
16 ounces pizza sauce
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook noodles as directed.

Brown the ground beef in sauce pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until translucent about 5-7 minutes.

Add garlic and green bell pepper and cook for 4 minutes longer.

Drain any excess fat from pan and add the cooked noodles, pepperroni, mushrooms, pizza sauce and milk.

Mix well to combine well and the sauce has covered everything.

Pour mixture into a casserole dish and cover with cheese.
