2 lbs top sirloin steaks, cut in bite sized pieces

1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
4 cups beef broth
2 cups chicken broth
¾ cup chopped roasted green chili pepper
2 potatoes, cut in bite sized pieces
salt and pepper

Place beef in a large pot.
