In large skillet, brown beef; drain.

Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

Stir in 1/2 can of French fried onions.

In bowl, combine cottage cheese, 1 cup of Cheddar cheese and eggs.

Place 3 tortillas on bottom of greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

Overlap 6 tortillas around sides of baking dish.

Bake, covered, at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
