Beef With Red Wine Marinade

   Place steak in a shallow dish or zip top heavy-duty plastic bag.

   Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well. Pour marinade over steak. Cover or seal and chill 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade.

   Grill over medium (300u00b0 to 400u00b0) coals for 7 to 9 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.

   To serve, slice grilled steak across the grain into thin slices.
