1 pound grnd round steak
1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, partially thawed
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tbsp. sherry
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. bean sprouts
1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
2-3 c. warm cooked rice

Add in grnd meat and stir fry over high heat till no longer pink.

Add in peas and stir fry for 30 seconds.
