1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. red cooking sherry
1 tbsp. sugar

1 c. sliced onions
4 tbsp. oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 med. or possibly 3 sm. green peppers

Cut beef across grain 1/2 x 2 inch strips.

Mix beef with next 5 ingredients, set aside for 2 or possibly 3 hrs.

Rinse pepper, then cut in chunks, throw away seeds, and trim off white soft parts.

Add in salt first, then green peppers, stirring constantly till peppers turn darker green, less than 1 minute.
