1/2 cups Stone Ground Mustard
4 pinches Kosher Salt To Taste
4 pinches Pepper To Taste
6 ounces, weight Gorgonzola Cheese
8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1/2 cups Sour Cream
1 bunch Green Onions, Trimmed And Sliced
