   Brown meat in oil

   Add in minced onions and cook till translucent/soft

   Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.

   Add in tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook till it dries out.

    Add in 1/2 c. water and simmer covered till almost dry.

    Keep adding 1/2 c. water whenever almost dry and cook till meat is tender ( about 2 hrs)

    One hour before end of cooking, wash dry mushroom well and soak them in hot water for 1 hour.

    Drain mushrooms and save the liquid.

    Chop mushrooms and add in it along with liquid to the meat.

    Simmer another half hour.
