Beef with Buckwheat Noodles

   Combine steaks, 2 tablespoons of the dressing, ginger and spring onions.

   Set aside to marinate.

   Sear beef on a preheated pan or grill plate for 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking.

   Cook noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until tender, drain well.

   Toss together the noodles, beanshoots, spinach and mint leaves with the remaining dressing.

   Serve with beef steaks and sprinkled with peanuts and extra mint leaves.
