Beef With Broccoli (Stir Fry) Recipe

   Slice beef thin across grain.

   Marinate beef in soy sauce, wine and salt.

   Shred broccoli.

   Place oil in wok and heat to smoking.

   Quickly stir-fry beef (no more than 3 min).

   Remove beef to platter and reserve.

   Add in broccoli to wok with 1/2 c. water and sugar.

   Turn wok to medium high, cover and cook 6 min, stirring often.

   After cooking broccoli, add in beef and stir well.

    Place on platter.
