I use a very heavy stainless steel skillet to prepare this dish. Prepare ingredients by cutting the meat into cubes, and cutting the onions and peppers into strips. Preheat skillet to a hot surface and place the steak cubes onto the hot surface. I add no oil to the skillet. The beef will stick some but it will be alright! Stir the beef cubes around until brown on all sides. There is usually enough juices and oils from the meat now to add the vegetables strips to the skillet and stir fry with the beef cubes just a little. Salt the meat and vegetables to suit your taste.

Add the grape juice to the skillet, cover, reduce the heat to low and let this simmer until the meat is tender. The brown stuck to the bottom of the skillet will cook off into the juice and will make a nice gravy when you serve this beef tip dish over rice.
