Name: Beef Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients: 6 Tbsp. butter melted; 2 x onions sliced, sauteed; 1 x clove garlic; 1/2 lb mushrooms; 1/4 lb grnd beef; 2 Tbsp. chili sauce; 4 dsh warm pepper sauce; 2 dsh worcestershire sauce; 5 ounce red wine; 2 x beef bouillon cubes; 4 lb beef tenderloin; 1 Tbsp. flour; 4 x bacon slices cooked

Servings: 4 persons

6 Tbsp. butter melted
2 x onions sliced, sauteed
1 x clove garlic
1/2 lb mushrooms
1/4 lb grnd beef
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
4 dsh warm pepper sauce
2 dsh worcestershire sauce
5 ounce red wine
2 x beef bouillon cubes
4 lb beef tenderloin
1 Tbsp. flour
4 x bacon slices cooked

Marinade: Heat butter.

Saute/fry onions, garlic and mushrooms.

Add in grnd beef, chili sauce, seasonings, wine and cubes.

Set aside.

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper to taste; dust with flour.

Place 2 strips of bacon on meat.

Broil 7 min.

Turn, cover with other bacon strips and broil 7 min more.

Place meat in glass dish covered with marinade.

Marinate overnight.

Bake in marinade at 450 degrees about 20 min.

NOTES : This is an excellent entree for company dinners.
