1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter, melted
