2 onions, finely chopped
1 12 lbs braising steak
2 tablespoons seasoned flour
12 pint beef stock
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 teaspoons French mustard
14 pint single cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preheat the crock pot on High for 20 minutes.

Heat the butter in a large pan and gently saute the onions until they begin to turn transparent.

Toss the braising steak in the seasoned flour and add to the onions.

Stir the mixture over the heat until the meat is lightly browned.
