2 lb. sirloin, cut into strips
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
noodles or rice

Stir-fry meat in butter.
