1 package Mushrooms
1 clove Garlic, Crushed
1/4 pieces Onion, Sliced
1 pound Thinly Sliced Beef Strips
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
1- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 pinch Paprika

Wash and slice mushrooms.

Saute mushrooms in olive oil and crushed garlic.
