   in a heavy skillet heat 2T oil dredge beef in flour shaking off excess.Add half of the meat to skillet stirring frequently until brown app 5-8 min remove and place in dutch oven.Add remaining oil(as needed)to skillet and brown the other half app 5-8 min add to meat mixture.Add 1c broth to skillet to remove all the yummy bits left behind and poor over meat.Stir in remaining broth and add salt,pepper,paprika,onion and garlic.Bring to a boil reduce heat,cover and simmer on low for app 1 1/2 hr stirring frequently. Add potatoes fresh peas,green beans and carrots cover and simmer app 30-40 min longer. place in bowls and garnish with fresh parsley (optional) serve with a slice of toasted garlic sourdough bread.
