Servings: persons

1 or 2 slices Beef steak
1 dash of each Salt, coarsely ground black pepper
1 tbsp each Butter, oil
10 clove Black garlic
1/2 Onion
1 tsp Flour
100 ml Water
2 tbsp each Ketchup, sake
1 tbsp each Honey, soy sauce
1 dash Coarsely ground black pepper
1 dash Macaroni salad
1 dash Baby leaves
1 dash Snap peas boiled in salt water

Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and cook the steak as desired.

Once cooked, remove from the pan.

Roughly chop the black garlic and thinly slice the onion.

Use the remaining oil from cooking the steak to saute the onion.

Once the onion is brown and fragrant,

Add the flour and continue to saute until no longer powdery and no lumps remain.

Lightly simmer for about a minute to finish.
