Beef Steak Lemon Baked

   Wipe steak with damp cloth.

   Place in baking dish.

   Rub with soft butter; season.

   Cover with lemon and orange slices.

   Combine ketchup, Worcestershire and water and pour over steak.

   Cover tightly so meat will steam tender.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
